Little Italy has always been known for its family-owned restaurants throughout the decades - many were established by Italian immigrants. Although dozens have opened and closed throughout the history of the neighborhood, there are still a handful which have been operating for a long time. Chiapparelli's Italian Restaurant is the oldest - since 1940. Then Sabatino's Italian Restaurant - since 1955, and Vaccaro's Italian Pastry Shop - since 1956. 

Many of the neighborhood restaurants continually support St. Leo's parish by donating food to our events, especially for the Italian Festival. You can't go wrong with whichever one you choose to eat - they are ALL delicious! Please support our neighborhood businesses.
